As he began to apply this information in his own life, his personal health underwent a radical transformation. His body fat began to vanish and his blood chemistry began to improve. His blood pressure dropped, his LDL cholesterol levels plummeted, and his HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol) skyrocketed. His depression vanished and he began to think clearly. With each passing week, his chronic lower back pain became less intense until it finally disappeared altogether.
